Fast Intense Interval Training (FIIT) is NOT Crossfit!

The FIIT program was designed with three key elements in mind…SAFETY, INTENSITY and RESULTS!  Careful consideration was made when selecting each and every exercise for the FIIT program.  We chose exercises that are basic in movement and easy to comprehend, yet are physically challenging when perfomed at the level of intensity prescribed by the FIIT program.  Each exercise should be executed with as much effort as the participant can give without losing form or muscle isolation.  An exercise doesn’t have to be confusing or difficult in order to be effective.

Each FIIT session is performed to an interval timer.  In each timed set, the objective is to get as many “QUALITY” repetitions (reps with proper form) as one can.

FIIT Is…

Effective. FIIT alternates high intensity resistance activities with short intervals of rest throughout each session. This style of interval training allows your body to burn hundreds of calories during the workout and for several hours post-workout.

Team. Each FIIT team is comprised of a group of individuals who motivate, support and encourage each other’s success. An instructor leads each team through the workout of the day, providing professional consultation on exercise and nutrition.

Variety. FIIT is a one-stop, comprehensive fitness experience which combines a variety of disciplines into one workout. Each workout includes resistance, cardiovascular and core training exercises that will certainly give you an awesome workout! Each FIIT station is stocked with various fitness tools, such as a spin bike, punching bag, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. which allows for continuous variety. FIIT has been designed to offer over 1,500 different exercises over the course of a year to deliver a unique workout every time.
